* Undo change to config_windows.h

* Provide session with a timestamper

* Simplify session test setups

* Session uses provided timestamper instead of defaulting to clock

* Update mysql store with new interface

* Update postgresql store with new interface

* Update odbc store with new interface

* Regenerate swig

* Fix test
