[TYPO] DatasetLoader::ConstructFromSampleData (#3258)

* ~ Modified name of method DatasetLoader::CostructFromSampleData to DatasetLoader::ConstructFromSampleData.
& Build passes for Debug, Debug_DLL, DLL and Release (not tested Debug_mpi and Release_mpi).

* ~ Refactored indentations.
