AVRO-2689:  add reader-schema to DataFileReadTool (#785)

* AVRO-2689: add reader schema to DataFileReadTool

This PR adds --reader-schema and --reader-schema-file flags
to the tojson tool.

* AVRO-2689: Unit test for reader schema on tojson tool.
