ARROW-7551: [FlightRPC][C++] Flight test on macOS fails due to Homebrew gRPC

This test is consistently flaky on MacOS, but I can't reproduce it locally.

Closes #6207 from lidavidm/arrow-7551 and squashes the following commits:

d1961f076 <David Li> ARROW-7551:  don't use buggy gRPC on MacOS for now
